Dr. Victor Shevtsov, Piano Master Classes

Victor Shevtsov, piano teacher, performer, author of Piano Method books, adjudicator, is originally from Russia, where he was educated and earned his music degrees. He studied music in the College of Music & Arts (Rostov-on-Don) and Gnessins Academy of Music (Moscow).

After graduating from the Music Academy, Victor Shevtsov combined his performing and teaching careers. His teaching positions include: Music School for children in Moscow; Institute of Music and Pedagogy; Rubin’s Academy of Music, University of Tel-Aviv.
 Dr. V. Shevtsov teaches in his private piano studio in Richmond, BC., gives master classes and workshops on his Piano Method. He is also the President of Richmond Music Festival and Vice-president of Canadian Music Competition.


Dr. Tanya Shevtsova, Piano Master Classes.

Dr. Tanya Shevtsova, concert pianist, piano teacher, composer. was born in Moscow and began her music studies in the famous Music School for talented children affiliated with the Moscow Conservatory. She later continued her education in the Gnessins Academy of Music in Moscow.

Dr. Tanya Shevtsova taught in: Music School for children in Moscow, Institute of Music and Pedagogy, Rostov on Don Rubin’s Academy of Music, University of Tel-Aviv. From 1994 Dr. Tanya Shevtsova teaches in her private piano studio in Richmond and also dedicates her time to composing music for children. Tanya is the President of the Canadian Music Competition.
